Hello, hello! Thanks for coming to check out our update on production and shipping this week.

Getting right to it, response times are still lagging. We really appreciate the desire for regular updates and are happy to keep those flowing. We have a very small crew working across multiple areas, so we appreciate your patience while we juggle customer communications and work our way to your message.
We've been itching for white arm parts and finally got them in at the tail end of this week. We'll be shipping higher volumes of white frame variants next week.
As we hit the 8 week mark we want to share that the volume we have been achieving in recent weeks is what we expected to be doing in week one; we had originally expected to have pre-order shipping completed by this point. As tough as it’s been so far, we’ve made it here now, and we are hitting our stride!
Based on current production speeds, it is reasonable to expect 10-15% of the queue to be completed every week moving forward. If manufacturing and production go smoothly, we are expecting to complete pre-order shipping in the next 4-6 weeks. However, if we’re running into hiccups in supply/production, we're looking at about 7-8 weeks out from completing pre-order shipping. We've made it off Day 1 of the pre-order with nearly all variants now!
We're working toward developing percentage calculations for updates going forward so we can provide a clearer view on the progress made in the pre-order queue for all variants so far. We've got the percentages for what shipped this week, but didn't quite have time to grab all percentages yet. More to come next week!
