Response Times
Response times are still longer than expected, but we are working to reduce them. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work our way to your message.
Back Orders & Post Launch Colors
As of 4/14, the Embody headrest is available for back-order. These orders are 2-3 months out from shipping at this time. This timeframe is subject to move forward or backward as our team works to get the pre-order queue spun up. Back orders and post launch colors will begin production once all pre-orders have shipped.
Production
We expected to receive white arm parts this week; however, the delivery has been postponed to early next week. We will be shipping white variants as soon as we receive the shipment.
This week we made great progress on some less common colors as well as the Black/Cyan Gaming variant. The Black/Black Gaming variant is back in production as well and will be shipping again next week.
We're continuing to bring more of the manufacturing in-house. We've received our new laser fabric-cutter this week, which will help us achieve higher production of both common and less common colors. When we cut on the laser, we load a full roll of fabric; the laser will finish the entire roll of fabric; then we can move into a different color.

When we include a color on the "What Shipped?" list, please be aware that this does not mean every order for that color has shipped, unless otherwise stated. We are rotating colors in and out of production as we work our way through the queue.
We've seen the concern regarding colors being completed while other higher colors are still being worked through. We want to let you know that as we complete lower volume colors, we are able to dedicate more time and focus to the higher volume colors. Black Rhythm Graphite Frame is our 3rd most popular variant and is nearly finished. This will free our team up to focus on the Black Sync variants.
Order Numbers
We've seen requests for shipped order number ranges to be included with the weekly updates. While this may be helpful for some folks, we've discussed ways we can do this at length with our team, and unfortunately, due to the nature of batch production, there is not a way for us to include order numbers without causing more confusion.
We understand there is concern regarding people further out in the queue receiving their headrests ahead of folks earlier on in the queue. We want to emphasize that some smaller batch colors may be cleared with one production batch. However, we are not skipping you or pushing your order to the side within your color variant! This is necessary in order to produce as efficiently as possible.
Gaming Headrests
Gaming headrests make up a big portion of our orders. Many of those orders came in during the first few days of the pre-order, so that timeframe makes up the bulk of our pre-order queue. We are incredibly grateful to have so much support so early on in the pre-order, and we want you to know that we are not forgetting about you if your order has not shipped yet. We thank you for your patience as we prepare each and every headrest to meet our highest standard.
