Headrest for Haworth Fern Chair
This headrest kit uses an adapter which allows our Aeron headrest arm mechanism to be converted to one which is compatible with the Haworth Fern chair. It is available in light grey and black to match the most common Fern chair colors.
This is a full headrest assembly including the Fern Adapter that attaches directly to your chair. No additional parts required.

This takes an amazing fern chair and makes it perfect. 5’9” here and it works just fine for me. I can see it not going low enough if you’re much shorter than me due to the tall back of the Fern.

This headrest is so comfortable and extremely easy to assemble. I was stressed going into it thinking it was going to be difficult, but it took like 3 minutes lol. I absolutely love it and it really elevated my Haworth Fern chair.

I saw someone on Reddit mentioning how amazing this thing is. I’ve never had a chair with a head rest, but figured why not try it?
It’s expensive. But I don’t regret spending it. It makes my already comfortable chair and makes it even better. It’s easier on my back because I’m not slumping to lay back against the chair back. I didn’t know I did that until I realized that I was doing when I didn’t need to.
I’m 5’9”, so I can see what others have said about minimum height. I generally don’t have it raised any. I could see it not working for someone who is much shorter than me.
The only thing I wish was the grey color matched the grey of the chair.
Very happy with the headrest. Would recommend to anyone who feels like paying the price.

Get used to moving your headrest regularly - you should be moving regularly too. We believe that a static headrest makes for a stiff seat. You should be able to adjust your headrest with ease from a seated position. Remember to follow the natural curvature of your neck, and nestle the headrest right at the base of your cranium.
