Hello, and welcome to this week's blog detailing where we're at with production and back order shipping of our headrest for the Embody chair. Let's get into it!
Production:
Our team will be out of the warehouse and office for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, the 24th. We'll still share a new update over the weekend as usual.
September Orders:
This past week we made great progress on September orders. We are aiming to complete orders placed in September this week before the team goes on holiday.
Looking ahead:
On deck, we'll begin dipping orders from early October as well as finishing up any outstanding orders from September.
Our current projection places us about 3 weeks out from completing the queue up to November 15th. New orders placed in the second half of November are estimated to be roughly 4 weeks out from shipping at this time.
