This is the absolute perfect headrest for both of my Remastered Aeron chairs. I have one in Graphite, and the other in Mineral, and both of them match the chair so perfectly you'd think it was made by Herman Miller themselves. I love how easily they adjust and move because I don't like to always sit in my chair the same way. Sometimes I want to sit up straight, sometimes I want to lean back, sometimes I want more head support and sometimes less. The Atlas Headrest allows me to perfectly adjust it on the fly so that it fits whatever mood I'm in.
I install on my chair and perfect, I recommend for all.
