Overall the headrest is pretty great. The only downside is that it doesn't tighten enough to fully support your head if your head is applying pressure to the headrest. As doing so causes it to move (I've righted both the screws and the ****).

Perfect design and style. Somehow it is adjustable and supportive. 1:1 match with chair look and feel.

A little awkward looking at first glance because I own a platinum frame Leap v2, but then it started to blend in. The neck support is awesome in ANY posture. It’s really great, nothing like the flimsy generic ones. An expensive add on to an already expensive chair, but totally worth it.

I found this addition to my 10-year-old Herman Miller Embody online by accident, and I was surprised that I hadn't seen it earlier. The piece is expensive, but it's incredibly well-built, and matches the chair perfectly. Installation was a piece of cake. (I would recommend putting the headrest into the arm and then attaching the two together - it is much easier to do that way.

There is a little movement in the headrest at times, and I have it about as tight as I am comfortable with - I don't want to break the piece. But it's incredibly comfortable, quite solid, and the only negative is that I didn't find this sooner.

Excellent headrest and really the only good option for Embody.

Wish I had bought this Aeron headrest sooner. I had seen reviews on Reddit and YouTube for Aeron headrests and Atlas seemed to be the #1 recommended. I finally pulled the trigger and bought it, and couldn’t be more pleased with it. It’s basically indistinguishable from the rest of the chair in color and materials. Same premium feel as the rest of the chair. Very comfortable and adjustable. Atlas customer service was phenomenal too. I am very picky when it comes to expensive items coming to me well packaged and not in a beaten up box. These guys know what they’re doing. I instantly became a loyal customer when I saw the care they put into sending you a worthy item in proper packaging. Thank you Atlas. You’ve earned this 5 star rating :)

Pretty easy to assemble.

Headrest matches well. The build quality and ease of install are top notch. This model even works for the Aeron Stool version as well. Highly recommend.
