Game changing upgrade
The Atlas headrest has made a noticeable difference in my high neck-based headaches I'd been enjoying for the last couple of months. Gives me a new position to sit in, allowing me to rest my neck for a time, and has already greatly reduced the number headaches for the past few weeks I've had it.
If you think you'd benefit from a headrest for your Embody, just go ahead and get this, you'll thank yourself later!
It can be a bit fiddly to get mounted, likely easier with a second person to help hold things in place, but I got it done solo in about 15 minutes or so.
I can't believe this isn't an option with Herman Miller, but it's been a blessing. I love it.
