We want to start off by thanking everyone who has reached out recently and shared their positive vibes. It's been so neat to get to know the folks who've been championing for this headrest for as long as 2 years!
That being said, our inquiry volume is exceptionally high right now. With the bulk of our crew working hard on producing headrests, we've got a tiny team working through the high volume of emails, messages, and phone calls. Your message is very important to us, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience as we work our way to your inquiry!
Please note: We will have limited customer service availability and extended response times across all platforms on Monday, the 22nd and Tuesday, the 23rd as we prioritize getting as many headrests built and shipped before the upcoming holiday.
This week, we made great progress on getting our in-house process for upholstering incorporated into the assembly line. The team is rising to the challenge and working hard to get production throughput bumped up. Our supplier of the cushion portion of the headrest continues to raise their output to help clear the pre-order backlog as well.

What's next?
- Getting some of the less common Sync colors, such as Nightfall and Canyon, into production
- Continuing to work through the colors already in production
- Dipping into Medley colors

As we mentioned in our last update, when we get supply of the cushion headrest, the fabric is already installed on the headrest, so that determines the bulk of the color we'll be shipping that week. In-house, we're focusing on less common colors, so we can continue to make progress on more than just the most common colors we are getting from the supplier.
Gaming Headrests
We've seen the feedback on the manner of shipping, and we totally understand the anticipation to receive your headrest as soon as possible. The Gaming headrests make up a large portion of the pre-orders, and many of those orders came in on the first day the pre-order launched which is why we will be going through that portion of the queue for some time.
How can I tell if my order shipped/I was part of a batch?
When your label is printed, you will immediately get a shipping notification to the email on file for your order.
