This is the headrest that should have been from Herman Miller when they released the Aeron. I have THREE. Perfect match for the Aeron classic, excellent ergonomics, fully adjustable, and amazing customer service when it is needed (which is quite rare). Worth every penny. Don’t even consider any other headrest.

Edge of pellicle mesh for Atlas headrest for original Aeron separated from the frame. Atlas sent me a new replacement headrest. Customer service was good. I had to cover the cost of shipping (~USD$30). New headrest has a completely new design, the edge of the mesh is fused with a plastic frame, similar to the seat and backing of Aeron chair. Only time will tell about the longevity of this new design. From an engineering standpoint it should be able to last longer than the previous design.
