I've used the Embody gaming chair for 2 years now. It is the best chair that I've ever used. Some office chairs will give me back pain in 1 hour. I can easily sit in this chair for 8 hours or more with no pain. The thing that prompted me to get this headrest was that I noticed that my neck muscles were getting tense from long sessions. I am glad that this product exists. Atlas did a great job in making it easy to install and matches super well with the existing fabric and design.

I placed my order for a replacement headrest, then a day after, I got an email from support team verifying and making sure that the headrest replacement I bought fits the current headrest mechanism I have since I am only buying the cushion. I appreciate looking out for this! Overall, shipping was a breeze, got the package in a reasonable time. Time will tell how this new fabric cushion holds up. Thanks again!
