The headrest itself is really easy to install, takes like 10 to 15 minutes. Then setup to your liking and **** harder.

It matches my gaming embody perfectly.
Good adjustment and comfortable.
Looks and feels like it's part of the chair.
Doesn't look like a mod or aftermarket.

I’ve had neck pain in the last months, even though my Aeron chair helps me with back pain and postures, this headrest is really necessary! I love it and I would recommend it for any user who owns an Aeron chair.

I bought Embody chair in 2017 and in all this time I never really looked onto headrest but better late than never! As with chair you can adjust headrest to your needs which is very nice. Of course I highly recommend this product. The only nitpick I can say which isn't really a nitpick is that there isn't Balance fabric available to match my chair.

I’d been keeping this item bookmarked ever since I decided to upgrade my wife’s WFH setup with a Haworth Fern. Ordering was effortless - a few clicks, 2‑day delivery option, and it arrived from US to Belgium exactly as advertised. Assembly and adjustments were simple, and the comfort is excellent. The WAF is at 200% 😅 She’s genuinely enjoying it!

Excellent quality, easy to install. Fabric is the same as the original. Provides good support when reclining; highly recommended.

I just wanted to mention that, even though I was afraid I might get an incorrect color or something wrong since I'm based in Guatemala and well... Herman Miller or MillerKnoll dealer told me models are different from those in the USA, I was able to get the perfect match based on just their code guide, and also their customer support was able to double-check and confirm since I wanted to be sure the code matching was good even for LatAm. (And, in case you face that too... the images in the site are not that great for color comparison, you should rely on the code and you'll surely get the correct one.)

My experience with this fantastic chair is certainly improved due to the headrest.

I was hesitant about making this purchase because the Aeron chair had been more than fine for many years and I never thought about the chair not having a headrest but now that it is installed, not only does it look great but when I lean back on those online calls it is super comfortable. No regrets.
