Hello, and happy September!
We're thrilled to share the first update on our progress through the back order log. Our team is working diligently to carefully build each and every headrest we've received an order for, and we know some of you have been waiting a few months at this point! We want to express our sincere gratitude for your unwavering support and patience as we worked to spin up the pre-order queue, and now, the back order log!
In an effort to provide as much clarity as possible on where we're at in the queue, we'll be sharing weekly updates on what date range we're currently working through or have completed.
Over the past week, we have been tying up the loose ends on back orders placed on or before April 30th, 2023. We've got a few orders outstanding in this timeframe which will be shipped out early next week. On deck, we'll be working through orders up to May 15th, 2023.
Production of the many different color variants we offer is well underway despite running a little short on arm parts this week. Fortunately, those parts showed up toward the end of the week, so we'll be back into heavy fulfillment next week.
This weekend marks our holiday Labor Day weekend, so we will be off on Monday, September 4th, 2023, in observation. We'll continue answering as many emails over the weekend as we can!
We've noticed that many of you have been following along with our pre-order updates, and we really appreciate that! We mentioned previously that we had been holding off on giving timelines for back order fulfillment due to the setbacks we experienced during the pre-order production process. We're happy to share that we've since gotten those hinderances pretty well under control, and back order production is moving right along! We are expecting to complete the current back order queue within 6-8 weeks.
We were able to knock off a couple small batch colors this week. However, please note that this is not a list of everything that shipped in the last week. This is just a list of the colors which have completed shipping.
