Great headrest, fits my fern chair amazingly

Just installed the Atlas Headrest for my Embody chair (Medley fabric) today — arrived in four days. The build is solid, and installation couldn’t have been easier. It fits so seamlessly that it appears to be an integral part of the original chair. Most importantly, no nasty off-gassing or chemical smell, unlike some cheaper imports. Excellent craftsmanship, sturdy, and — yes — made in the USA. Highly recommend.

The Embody Gaming chair feels incomplete without the Atlas Headrest. I was skeptical about the comfort of my Embody before I got the headrest, but with it transformed the experience.

My only small nitpick is that it gets a tad warm and would benefit from the same copper infused foam HM uses on the chair.

Easy to settle and the structure of equipment is solid.

The headrest is very easy to install. The build quality is very nice and the materials are really good. Very soft and not scratchy for your neck.

The headrest is very adjustable and comfortable.

Note that the headrest is bigger than you probably think it will be.

Would definitely recommend over the competitor options. Also (at least where I live in New Zealand) the headrest price is about the same as upgrading to a leap with a headrest except the steelcase leap headrest is notoriously terrible, so I’m super glad I got this instead.

This addition has significantly improved my comfort and ergonomics, leading to increased productivity and a noticeable reduction in body discomfort. Heard people say the Aeron doesn’t need a headrest, I thought so too, until I got an atlas headrest, you need it.

I have a steelcase gesture chair. I found a 3D model on Reddit and printed an adapter at a local 3D printer store. And bought the Fern Headrest and installed it on my Steelcase gesture chair. It worked out. I can’t believe there is no one in the world makes a good headrest except Altas. I got pinch nerve issue from my original steelcase gesture headrest. I am glad finally I found a solution. This won’t make the problem come back. Had to spent $$$ on physio and chiropractors.

if you got the chair , this headrest is a must , makes the chair way more comfortable , the headrest itself is really easy to adjust , and it feels amazing , it feels just like the chair's materials , the padding is great and there are no hard spots .

So although I think it is too expensive all of the reviews touted how comfortable it was. Having picked up a Ferm chair without a headrest and getting a feel for a couple of weeks I went ahead and picked up the headrest as I could tell that it would be a good addition (note that I am 5’8”). It really does make a difference and it is really comfortable so pretty happy with my purchase. If I had to ding them on anything it would be that for the money they could up the design a little bit more. I have the mesh version which when the light shines through looks pretty neat from the back. The headrest hides some of that and in my opinion could be dressed up some with some type of design to match the see through rectangles in the back of the chair. The view from the side is actually pretty neat. And the view from the front is probably not the best and could also be designed to align a little more with the modern flair of the chair - maybe a little more angular. Either way it is still so comfortable that I definitely see myself enjoying it for a long time and would recommend the purchase if you have a color combination that aligns with the available colors. My chair is gray and the color combo with the gray headrest looks like it is a manufacturer made item.
